About

RJ Williams & Company

I’m Alizae Mai, a Texas REALTOR® proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. I specialize in residential real estate, including listings, home purchases, and new construction. My approach to real estate is simple: put people first, communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, and do what you say you’re going to do. I’m known for being thorough, detail-oriented, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people I serve. I believe my clients deserve more than someone who simply opens doors or puts a sign in the yard. They deserve an advocate who listens, anticipates potential issues, communicates honestly, protects their interests, and stays on top of the many moving pieces from beginning to closing. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than seven years in the mortgage industry, where I developed a strong understanding of the financial side of real estate and the importance of accuracy, risk management, and attention to detail. That experience continues to shape the way I represent my clients today. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for your next one, building new, or preparing to sell, you can expect honest guidance, transparency, consistent communication, and someone who will work hard to get the job done—and get it done well. Real estate is personal. Behind every transaction is a person, a family, and an important next chapter. I never lose sight of that. My goal isn’t simply to earn your business for one transaction—it’s to earn your trust and become the REALTOR® you feel confident calling again and recommending to the people you care about.
