This page is for selected applicants who may need help with approved Texas pre-licensing education. It is a separate pathway from the main Join RJ Williams recruiting conversation.
The scholarship is designed for people who have the attitude, readiness, professionalism, and commitment to take the first step seriously. It is not a guarantee of a license, sponsorship, affiliation, leads, or income.
How the pathway works
Licensing help should be clear, separate, and honest.
RJ Williams & Company may help selected applicants with approved Texas pre-licensing education through the education provider selected by the brokerage. Scholarship support may be full or partial, is limited, is not cash to the applicant, and is subject to availability, eligibility, timing, and provider requirements.
Scholarship support does not guarantee course completion, exam passage, licensure, sponsorship, affiliation, employment, leads, or income. Applicants remain responsible for all TREC, exam, licensing, provider, and legal requirements.

RJ is still looking for culture fit first. The scholarship may help with education, but the larger question is whether your attitude, standards, follow-through, and goals fit the brokerage.
